When the furnace is not working the LED on the control module is out. I got an especially good look at the top of the heat exchanger when replace the roll-out switch there at the exhaust. In replacing the roll-out switch I looked at all the parts of the heat exchanger I could see (even with a mini snake camera I have) and have not seen any cracks. This seemed to fix the problem for the rest of the day and through the night, however this morning the temperature was down again, thermostat was calling for heat and the furnace was doing northing. Replaced the thermostat with a new Honeywellįirst I tried the new switch at the burner intake side, when this didn’t fix the problem I noticed there is another roll-out switch at the exhaust side of the heat exchanger, so I tried the new switch there. What I have done so far (this after reading other threads here) – ![]() Either opening the blower cabinet door or resetting the power will restart the furnace. ![]() This would last anywhere from an hour to the major part of the day however it would end up doing it again. When the power is reset to the unit it would start back up fine and run. Thermostat calls for heat but furnace would not start, the burners would not kick-on and no blower. ![]() The last few days we have been having the following problem: ![]() I have about a 10-12 year old Lennox WhisperHeat Model: #G20Q3/4E-125-6.
